• FIXED BENDING POINT AND PENDING AXLE

The fixed articulation point in combination with the oscillating rear axle ensures optimal stability in the mini shovel. The driver of the small shovel will not experience any adverse effects as with a loose articulation point.

• JOYSTICK INCHING

With the inching function it is possible to work with a high oil flow and still maintain a low driving speed. These settings can be operated via a beautiful 7” full color touch display. It also displays diagnostics from the unique Pitbull Power Pack controller. All this also makes it possible to implement a weighing system or camera view, for example.

• PAINT PROCESS AND COATING

The main frame of the small shovel is completely blasted before the multi-layer painting process is applied. Most connecting materials have undergone a zinc flake coating. All this forms a very durable corrosion protection. The covers of the engine compartment are made of stainless steel. The hoods for the small shovels are available in any desired colour.

• LINDE DRIVE HYDRAULICS

The mini shovel has a closed circuit high pressure system. The pre-filter is replaceable, so contamination is excluded. The small shovel has a long service life and high reliability.

• DANA SPICER PENDANT AXLE

• KUBOTA ENGINE

The 4-cylinder compact Kubota engine is very reliable for our wide range of mini shovels. A big advantage is that the motor can deliver a high torque at a low speed. This ensures that the mini shovel vibrates less and is more powerful in all circumstances. The engine is also maintenance-friendly and available in different power and environmental classes. With these stage 5 engines you meet all current emission standards.

• KUBOTA CRT

Maximum efficiency can be achieved with this latest generation of Common Rail Turbo (CRT) engines in combination with our Pitbull Power Pack controller. The Power Pack controller communicates with the engine and oil pump system to ensure optimum power is requested and delivered when required. When accelerating the mini shovel, this will cause the speed to be boosted to the maximum, after which it will stabilize and the speed will go down. This well-balanced speed control ensures that the fuel consumption of the mini shovel is particularly low. As you may expect, this version is also equipped with the unique inching; this allows working with a high oil flow and yet the small shovel maintains a low driving speed.

• AN ELECTRIC MOTOR

Over-dimensioned maintenance-free electric motors specially developed for Pitbull. Provide high starting torque to high running speed; completely stepless from 0 to 25 km/h. The mini shovel’s travel motor is mated to the trusted Dana Spicer axle configuration for maximum efficiency. The other electric motor is directly coupled to a silent oil pump for the working hydraulics. These pumps are known for their long life and very low noise level.

Both electric motors are controlled independently of each other from the Power Pack controller. Here you can choose an eco or performance working mode on the 7” full color touch display. The electric motors are powered by robust 96V LiFePo4 batteries with an exceptionally long range. Equipped with a 220V charger as standard, but can be expanded to a 380V fast charger. All in all, this makes the perfect mini shovel for all your activities.
